About Us

LeaderGrips was invented by Gary and Regina Minser 14 years ago. It was the first rod and grip system designed to attach fabric to the quilt frame – a true innovation! Over the years, they vended at many quilt shows and opened an online storefront. LeaderGrips has been sold in all 50 states across the United States, as well as to several other countries. Quilters no longer need to spend 45 minutes pinning their quilt fabric to the longarm frame. The backing and quilt top can be loaded in 10 minutes or less with no worries of pin pricks. The grips are clear, allowing the quilter to see the fabric is correctly lined up when attached. When the quilt is complete, it takes only seconds to remove it from the frame.

In September 2024, Gary and Regina have retired from their business and passed it down to their daughter, Holly Warren. Holly has been there along the way, and helped at several of the quilt shows. She loves quilting and is a member of the Lancaster Modern Quilt Guild in Lancaster, PA. Holly is very excited to continue on the business of helping quilters attach their fabric in a more efficient manner with LeaderGrips.
